I specialize in Body Composition, Olympic weightlifting and Power lifting. Along with S&C for sports like football, baseball, soccer, basketball, rugby, golf, track & field, and more.

After five years of personal training in a commercial gym, I started to realize something important. Bodybuilding training can be one of the most effective ways to get in shape. But it’s rarely what keeps people staying active for life. Through my own experience training for soccer, rugby, and Olympic weightlifting. I found that performance-based goals are far more powerful than body composition goals. Aesthetic goals might be what gets someone started. But unless you plan to step on stage, they usually aren’t what will keep you training for life.

What I provide with the Training Valor Program is Specificity. Ensuring that each week, you have the most appropriate dose of intensity. As your capabilities change, your goals and lifestyle do to. I always encourage clients to find their hobbies and passions outside of their weight loss journey. Then as you develop obsessions with other forms of activity, your fitness level becomes a right of passage your never willing to give up.
